Hush ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") is designed with your privacy as our foundational principle. This policy explains, simply and clearly, what data the App interacts with and how.

1. Data We Do Not Collect

Hush does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to any third party. We operate no external servers, no user accounts, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking or behavioral analytics. All your cycle dates, symptoms, moods, and notes remain exclusively stored on your personal device.

2. Data the App Accesses

To provide core tracking and optional system integrations, Hush interacts with standard Apple frameworks strictly under your control:

• Apple Health (HealthKit): If you grant permission, Hush can sync menstrual cycle data with Apple Health. Data transfer occurs entirely on-device between Hush and Apple HealthKit. We never see or store this data.
• iCloud Sync: If you choose to enable iCloud on your Apple device, your data may be synced via Apple's private CloudKit service, governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy.

3. In-App Purchase

Hush offers a one-time lifetime purchase ("Hush Premium") processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not receive, process, or store your payment or billing details. All financial transactions are handled securely by Apple.

4. Children's Privacy

Hush is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect app enhancements or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date.
