Signal is designed with your privacy as the foundation. We do not collect, transmit, or share any of your personal data.
All symptom records, notes, and health data you enter are stored exclusively on your device and, if enabled, synced privately through your personal iCloud account. We have no access to this data at any time.
Signal contains no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not collect usage statistics, crash reports sent to us, or any identifiable information.
If you choose to enable HealthKit integration, Signal may read or write health data to the Apple Health app on your device. This data never leaves your device or iCloud account and is not accessible to us.
