Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Hush app ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Hush is a personal menstrual cycle and symptom tracking tool designed for informational and self-monitoring purposes only. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Cycle predictions and fertile window estimates are mathematical approximations and should never be used as a method of contraception or birth control. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
Hush offers an optional one-time purchase ("Hush Premium"). Upon completing the purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to access all Premium features on your supported Apple devices. No recurring subscription fees will ever be charged. All transactions and refunds are managed directly by Apple according to App Store policies.
All data entered into Hush is stored locally on your device (and optionally in your private iCloud). We have no access to your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your device data.
All visual designs, typography, icons, branding, and code within the App are the proprietary property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
